TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We accompany and support the customer through all stages of production.
Once we understand the technical and aesthetic requirements set out by the customer during the analysis phase, the R&D laboratory studies and develops the most suitable solutions to create the custom product.
The customer can submit a sample of the desired colour and a sample of the support on which the product will be applied. These materials will be useful for the technicians of the colouring laboratory to develop the required paint based on the customer’s requirements.
Our technicians will provide the customer with the necessary instructions on how to obtain the desired result during application.
Once the final product has been delivered to the customer, we will remain at the customer’s side to monitor the start-up phase of the application at the painting machines, guaranteeing a result that fully complies with the requirements.
