How our paints are created
The creation of a custom paint starts in our research and development department, the beating heart of Contecolor. Here, every new request takes shape thanks to the combination of technical expertise and innovation.
Each formula is designed from scratch, using state-of-the-art tintometric systems, a technology that allows precise measurement and mixing of colored pigments starting from a neutral base.
The process doesn’t stop at color: we carefully evaluate chemical composition, resistance to various external agents, and adhesion to the substrate, whether plastic, glass, or metal.
During development, each phase is accompanied by rigorous testing to ensure that the paint not only meets but exceeds expectations in terms of durability and performance.
